3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Course Enrollment

3.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before the start of classes unless alternative arrangements are made

• Late payment may result in suspension of services

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before course start
• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before course start
• No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before course start
• Medical emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Student Responsibilities

4.1 Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is essential for course completion
• Students are expected to participate actively in class activities
• Excessive absences may result in course failure
• Make-up classes may be available at the instructor's discretion

4.2 Conduct and Behavior

• Students must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program
• Use of mobile devices should be limited during class time
• Academic honesty is required in all assessments and assignments

4.3 Materials and Resources

• Students are responsible for obtaining required textbooks and materials
• Digital resources provided remain the property of HalbeManga English Academy
• Sharing of proprietary materials with non-students is prohibited
• Students must bring necessary materials to each class

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, curriculum, teaching methods, and website content are the intellectual property of HalbeManga English Academy and are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Usage Rights

• Students may use provided materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is prohibited
• Recording of classes requires explicit permission from instructors
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Student

Students may withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy. Written notice is required for official withdrawal.

8.2 Termination by Academy

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of conduct policies
• Excessive absences
• Breach of these Terms of Service

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
